*Chess Forma will ONLY reimburse shipping on items wrongfully shipped by Chess Forma.
*Chess Forma WILL NOT reimburse shipping on exchanged or returned items that were not wrongfully shipped by Chess Forma.
*Chess Forma will only accept exchanges or returned items shipped via UPS shipping services with quality packaging material similar to that of original shipment. ____________________________________________________________
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
*All purchases are refundable or can be exchanged up till but not exceeding 15 days after receiving the item. Customers are requested to contact chessforma@yahoo.com to inform support of these requests prior to returning item(s) to Chess Forma.
*Returned items will not be accepted without prior notice to the support department as indicated above.
*Customers pay for shipping on all returned and/or exchanged items.
*Returned and/or exchanged items must be in good and resalable condition.
*Customers are not subject to a restocking fee; however, Chess Forma will use its discretion in applying a 35%-50% fee of the total purchase price in the case if returned/exchanged items are damaged as a result of negligence or improper shipping.
